Whats a microgreen anyway?

Microgreens are vegetable and herb seedlings. Although tiny they pack a flavourful punch and are up to 40x more nutritious than fully grown plants.

What do I do with them?

Microgreens have been used in high end cuisine since the 80s. With their growth in popularity they are now used in everything from smoothies to stir fries. Check out our recipe tab for some ideas on how to integrate this healthfood into your diet.
